Festival House Rules

1. General Provisions

1.1. These rules apply to all visitors, staff, artists, and other attendees on the festival grounds.
1.2. By entering the festival grounds, one accepts the provisions of these rules.
1.3. The organization reserves the right to deny access to the festival grounds to anyone who does not comply with these rules.
1.4. The festival is only accessible to persons aged 18 and older.

2. Access and Security

2.1. Access to the festival grounds is only permitted with a valid admission ticket.
2.2. Visitors are required to follow the instructions of security and staff.
2.3. Visitors may be asked to have their baggage and/or clothing inspected at the entrance.
2.4. It is not allowed to bring weapons, drugs, glassware, cans, fireworks, dangerous objects, or other prohibited items.
2.5. It is forbidden to bring fake weapons or dangerous props, even if they are part of a costume or the festival theme.

3. Behavior and Safety

3.1. Visitors must behave respectfully and responsibly towards other visitors, staff, artists, and the festival grounds.
3.2. Aggressive behavior, intimidation, discrimination, and sexual harassment will not be tolerated.
3.3. In case of accidents, emergencies, or medical situations, visitors must immediately contact security or the first aid post.
3.4. The organization is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

4. Alcohol and Drugs

4.1. It is forbidden to bring your own alcoholic beverages to the festival grounds.
4.2. The sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages are only allowed to persons aged 18 and older.
4.3. The use, possession, or trading of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.

5. Sound and Environment

5.1. It is not allowed to use sound equipment without the permission of the organization.
5.2. Visitors must dispose of waste in the designated bins.
5.3. Damaging festival property or the environment is not tolerated.

6. Theme and Costumes

6.1. Visitors are encouraged to dress according to the festival theme.
6.2. Costumes may not include fake weapons or dangerous props, even if they match the festival theme.
6.3. Theme-related decorations and props must comply with the organization's safety guidelines.
6.4. Safety guidelines for costumes and props: - Materials: Costumes and props must be made of flame-retardant materials. - Size and Mobility: Costumes must not restrict the movement of the wearer or other visitors and must not be too large to pass through narrow passages. - Visibility: Costumes must not obstruct the wearer's field of vision, especially in low lighting. - Accessories: Accessories must not have sharp edges or points and must not be heavy or difficult to handle. - Lighting: If costumes or props include lighting, it must be safe and not pose a fire hazard. - Electronic Devices: Electronic devices integrated into costumes must meet safety standards and not cause interference or fire.

7. Force Majeure and Cancellation

7.1. In case of force majeure, such as extreme weather conditions, the organization has the right to cancel or interrupt the festival without refunding the entrance fee.
7.2. In case of cancellation by the organization, an appropriate solution will be offered, such as rescheduling to another date or a refund.

8. Privacy and Media

8.1. Visitors give permission for the organization to make image and sound recordings. These recordings can be used for promotional purposes.
8.2. The organization respects the privacy of all visitors and processes personal data according to applicable legislation.

9. Pets

9.1. Pets are not allowed on the festival grounds, except for guide dogs.

10. Liability

10.1. The organization is not liable for any damage suffered by visitors, unless this damage is the result of intent or gross negligence by the organization.
10.2. Visitors enter the festival grounds at their own risk.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. In cases not covered by these rules, the organization will decide.
11.2. These rules can be changed by the organization at any time. Any changes will be clearly communicated.
